Almond Fudge Cake- No Flour Cake

#Fudge is a type of sugar candy that is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk, heating it to the soft-ball stage and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistencyand a #fudgecake is a chocolate cake containing fudge. So adding uniqueness to our #cake we bring to you absolutely #vegan & #noflour #noattacake #recipe with nuttiness of #almonds and creaminess of #almondbutter & #Chocolate. This simple, easy and instant cake is not just healthy but can be stored in fridge for 30 days .

Ingredients ( makes 10-12 slices)

Base
2 cups raw almonds
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil/ ghee, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup/ honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Caramel

1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil/ ghee ( melted)
1/3 cup maple syrup/ honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/8 teaspsoon salt

Chocolate Sauce

1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup/ honey


Notes:- I have used 7 X 7 square inch cake mould . Baking time depends on the wattage of each one's microwave oven.
