Turkiye Burslari | I don't have GRE or TOEFL, can i still apply

I get a very common question if TOEFL or GRE is required to apply for the Turkish Government scholarship(Turkiye Burslari). The simple answer to this is NO. But on some conditions, they may be required. This video explains those conditions and the difference between scholastic and English Proficiency tests.
