Carrots, grated - 1.5 cups
Dates, chopped - 1/2 cup
Walnuts, chopped - 1/4 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
