If you imagine success to be a pyramid, where there's one spot at the top, the most successful, and then a couple of spots under that, and more and more spots, and the lower down you go, the success ladder, the more spots there are available. If that's your model of success, you have to fight and compete with everybody at your level. So make sure that you get one of the few prized spots the next level up. And I think that's how many people, when you think about an organization or a company hierarchy, that's what it feels like. Right.

Or even in your decision-making of, do I go to college? Do I not to go to college? Well, of course, I go to college.

Right. Because you got to elbow out the other guy that's not going to college. Make sure you get on top of him or her. So, however, in the new model and our new heroes understand that's actually not an accurate model of success. That's not how it really works. See, success is where you have a vision of the future that you believe in, and I have a vision of the future that I believe in, and those visions are compatible. In other words, we all want to live in a place where there's no war. We all want to live in a place where everybody's healthy. We all want to live in a place where economic opportunity is relatively available to everyone who has the motivation and drive to take advantage of it.


We all want to live in a place, basically where we're happy and where we are allowed to give our gifts. So if we have these compatible visions, then your success actually makes my success more likely. Because if you're succeeding in creating your vision of the future, then my vision of the future is actually closer to me. It actually means less work for me to do to get there. So that new model of success, which is more, I think, a circle where we're all together in a circle, thinking of the same future that we're creating together. And the more successful everyone else is, the more successful I will be. And that is the new model.
