MXL Revelation Mini FET - Kick Out

MXL Microphones proudly presents "Studio Hours".

It is our pleasure to share with you this musical example of our "MXL Revelation Mini FET" large diaphragm condenser microphone.

This project was designed to showcase our microphones in a "professional studio" environment with a caveat. We wanted to use as little gear as possible to show off what the microphones themselves could do. That means, everything recorded at the studio was recorded using a simple mic pre, into an API console with no eq or compression, straight into protools.
All post production was handled in the box using plugins with no analog hardware so you would know, you too can achieve the same great fundamental sound in your own studio space.

Many thanks to the wonderful Cerise Valdez for allowing us to use her song for this project as an example piece.
