ABANDONED INDUSTRIAL FACTORY // tiny home for my werewolf legacy Sim | speedbuild, no CC, ambience

Building a starter home for my legacy family!
I already built a tiny house in Moonwood Mill, but this one is for my gameplay. I'm currently playing the Whirlwind Legacy Challenge (if you know who wrote this challenge let me know so I can credit them please) - and I've just started generation two; a rebellious teen who gets kicked out, finds a home in Moonwood Mill, and becomes a werewolf.

I used the empty 30x30 lot and made an industrial factory type building to fit the surrounding area.
My Sim had $16k so this is a starter home / fixer upper
