Pigs can use their snouts to turn the nuts fixing the fence, which is mainly related to the following factors:

Structure and strength of the snout: A pig's snout is a fleshy disc, hard and flexible, with well-developed muscles that can generate significant thrust and rotational force, enough to drive the nuts to turn.
Driven by instinctive behavior: Pigs are born with the habit of rooting the ground and exploring the environment. Turning the nuts may be out of curiosity or the desire to find food or living space by pushing the fence. This instinctive behavior makes them try to apply force with their snouts.
Possibility of loose nuts: If the fence nuts are not fully tightened, pigs can gradually turn the nuts or even loosen the fence by continuously applying force in the rotational direction with their snouts.
