A rice burger is a type of burger where the traditional bread buns are replaced with compacted rice patties. Originating in Asia, specifically Japan and Korea, rice burgers offer a unique twist on the conventional hamburger.

Ingredients:-
2 Cup Parliament Rozana Basmati Rice boiled
2 Potato boiled
½ Green Capsicum chopped
1 Carrot grated
1 Cup Green Peas chopped
¼ Cup Green Beans chopped
1 Cup Coriander chopped
½ Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
Oil for Frying
Water as Required
1 Butter cubed
1 Onion sliced
1 Tomato sliced
Salt to Taste
½ Cucumber sliced
½ Beet Root sliced
2 Tbsp Tandoori Mayonnaise
Method:-
1. In a large mixing bowl add boiled Parliament Rozana Basmati Rice, boiled Potato, chopped Green Capsicum, chopped Coriander, Garam masala, Red Chilli Powder,
Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and salt mashed well.
2. Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
3. Wet your hands to prevent sticking and take a portion of the rice and form it into a patty bun. Make sure the patties buns are compact and hold together well.
4. Do this twice to make the top and bottom buns.
5. Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place the patties on the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the patties are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
6. Now add a cubed butter and fry well.
7. Side out in a chopping board and Start with the bottom rice bun, add a layer followed by slices of onion, tomato and sprinkle some salt.
8. Now place sliced cucumber and beet root. Add Tandoori Mayonnaise sauce on top.
9. Place the second rice bun on top.
10. Serve your veg rice bun burger immediately while the buns are still crispy and enjoy a unique twist on a classic burger.
