•3 tbsp Ghee
•½ tsp Carom Seeds
•¼ tsp Hing
•1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
•Moong dal(30 mins soaked )
•1 liter water
•2 tbsp Ghee
•3 tbsp Oil
•½ tsp Mustard
•1 tsp Cumin
•½ Bay Leaf
•1 inch Cinnamon
•4-5 Cloves
•4 Cardamom
•1 cup Onion
•Salt
•½ tbsp Ginger choppings
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•2 Green Chillies slit
•2 sprigs Curry leaves
•¼ cup French beans
•½ cup Carrot choppings
•¾ cup Cauliflower choppings
•2 Ripe Tomato choppings
•1 tsp Chilli Powder
•1 tsp Coriander powder
•1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
