3-Ways Instant Pot Ghee | Desi Ghee In Instant Pot | How to make Ghee From Butter In Instant Pot

Prep Time: 1 minute
Active Standing Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 12 minutes - 1 hour (includes sauteing, pressure built-in, and release)
Yields: 1.5 - 2 Cups (approximately)

Ingredients:
Butter- 1 lb

Time Setting:
Saute Mode:
1 lb- 10 to 12 minutes
2 lbs- 15 to 18 minutes
3 lbs- 23 to 25 minutes

Soup Mode:
1 lb- 11 to 12 minutes
2 lbs- 12 to 13 minutes
3 lbs- 12 to 13 minutes

Slow Cook Mode:
1lb- 1.5 hours
2 lbs- 2.5 hours
3 lbs- 2.5 hours


Method:
Soup Mode:
* Add in butter. Close the lid and seal the vent.
* Soup mode- 12 minutes and do natural pressure release.
* Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Slow Cook Mode:
* Add in butter. Close the lid and seal the vent.
* Slow cook mode- 1.5 hour. Close the lid and seal the vent.
* Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Saute Mode:
* Saute the butter for 10 to 12 minutes.
