One day, I plan on attempting to unravel and decipher the interweaving lore of the Netflix Christmas Cinematic Universe, but the thing is...you don't just climb Everest. You have to train first.

Last year, I broke down the lore of the TTCHFCCU - or Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Time to Come Home For Christmas Cinematic Universe. A series of six movies with identical titles:
Time for ME to Come Home for Christmas
Time for YOU to Come Home for Christmas
Time for US to Come Home for Christmas
Time for THEM to Come Home for Christmas
Time for HIM to Come Home for Christmas
Time for HER to Come Home for Christmas

AND, to my surprise and delight I found they were connected! SO, in an effort to train for my Christmas cinematic Everest AND to see if the strands and threads I found in the TTCHFCCU unspooled across Hallmark in general, I decided to watch 18 Hallmark Royal Christmas Movies.

Unfortunately, after waffling about the exact number and not wanting to watch Christmas movies until after thanksgiving, I was left with only SIX DAYS to do so.

What followed was six days of frantic film watching, and note taking, followed by 13 days of editing, culminating in an experience that has pushed me to the very brink of what my mind, heart, body, and soul are capable of.

I have spent well over 100 hrs on this video already. I have ate, slept, breathed, and dreamt Hallmark Christmas movies for the past 19 days. This may have ruined my Christmas. I'm nauseous and I'm gonna cry.

WHEN I SAW that the final product was going to be around 3.5hrs long, I almost threw up in my mouth because I could hear the disappointed sighs of all the people who love me in real life - people like my mother, and grandmother, and friends who don't watch youtube very often - who had said to me "Summer! I'm excited, I'll actually watch this one." And I knew they wouldn't.

Heart heavy, soul weary, and with the space where my brain once lived now full of cotton and wrapping paper, I decided to split this video into three parts, and release the Snyder cut as a special Christmas surprise.

I'm going to vomit. I'm not done editing yet, even as I post this.
