Our company put a clean out door into the customers chimney because there wood stove was installed ( and thus grandfathered into) before new regulations were inacted which required a stainless steel line to be attached. This door will make the cleaning of there chimney much easier, safer, and allow the mason to thoroughly clean out the smoke shelf.
