Distraction – Shift focus, dodge accountability.

Quick Accountability – They "own it" fast, and people reward that by letting them off the hook.

– Anger: When nothing else works, aggression becomes a tool to intimidate or control. Most people fear conflict—making this tactic highly effective.

Obviously this video only goes over behaviors that occur after they get caught. The best and most effective way to avoid negative consequences is to not get caught. Everything comes out eventually though...sometimes after they're deceased which may be the most tragic because their memory is tainted in the eyes of their family and kids. It's probably the most selfish thing someone could do to their posterity. Anywho - I digress.
