CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 🥕🍰 I’ve been dyinggg to try this and can confirm it lives up to the hype! 🤌🏼✨

Ingredients:
1 small banana (101 g) frozen
1 cup carrots (128 g) chopped, frozen
1 tbsp almond butter (16 g)
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (7 g)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (180 g) or milk of choice – adjust for desired consistency
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (32 g) using ‪@1UpNutritionSupplements‬ vanilla ice cream (code “Jaycee” for 20% off)

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour, top with grated carrot and chopped pecans if desired and enjoy immediately!
