Precision Farming: Optional, we are going with older equipment to start with so PF is not suited, but may be included in the future.
Mods needed: Placeable Objects Pack, Placeable Construction Signs, Water And Diesel IBC, and Hobo Farmhouse pack (any sleep trigger).

Realism: your choice, we have chosen ‘YES’. We will not be using any Fast Farming, Lizard Forage Pickup, Unreal Capacity, etc.
Story: The global supply chain crisis has become critical. You can only buy equipment and supplies (including Diesel) in the first month (August) and then each August, each year, after that. You will need to plan your purchases accordingly. You can also lease during the month of August for a 12 month contract until next August. Second hand equipment, Animals, Buildings and Land can all be purchased at any time. Only New Equipment and Supplies from the store are restricted to every 12 months (August).
Multiplayer Setup:
Changing the time dilation to 0.5x is recommended in August for setup and any work to be done before setting your actual choice of days and speed before August is finished.
Create a New Farm, name of your choice (Farm 1): this is the player’s farm. We are playing Co-op with all players on this farm. You can choose to start multiple farms if you want (Easy Mode).
New Farm named Township:
East Vineland NJ: Buy the land for the vehicle shop (221) and the two buy points on the map (215 & 223).
Eastern North Carolina USA: Buy the land for the vehicle shop (60) and the two buy points on the map (49 & 58).
Construct barriers around the fuel buy point at the store and the other 2 buy points preventing players access to fill (see video for suggestions).

Township Survival Challenge:
Mods required: Daily Deductions
Loans: YES, Max out the Township loan.
Place 3x $1000 Daily Deduction on land owned by Township. (This represents the day to day cost of running a Township). Add an extra $1000 deduction for each additional farm created, (if you create more than one - Easy Mode).
Now you can buy any productions on the map and the land they are on. You may want to leave some for your own farm to purchase. This is how the Township will create income and get out of debt. Leave all productions switched on. You can set any outgoing products to ‘selling’ to avoid pallet handling, just be warned, the Township will make less profit. You can also set outgoing products to ‘distributing’ if you purchased the chain, eg. Fabric distributed to Clothes, if both are owned. These productions will need to be supplied with goods by Farm 1 and then sold to prevent the Township from going bankrupt.
Now transfer remaining cash to Farm 1 leaving the Township with only $50k. If the Township has no money, it is bankrupt and the Township Survival Challenge has failed. Btw, the Township will be bankrupt in less than a year.

Farm 1: Buy your first block of land with a house on it and place a sleep trigger. Buy land and build your starting farm. Buy equipment and supplies needed for the first year. Buy fields and productions. Good Luck.
Supply Chain End game: Own all productions and animal pens with goods produced. Become self sufficient ie. supplies are no longer needed to be ordered from the store (excluding Herbicide and Silage Additive).
Township End game: Own a power source (NJ: Solar plant), loans repaid and use any profits to buy houses on the map.
