SHISALEN RIJU, FREE COACHING INSTITUTE WITH FOCUS ON NPSC & NSSB INAUGURATED AT MOKOKCHUNG

Shisalen Riju, a coaching institute to provide free coaching classes with special focus on NPSC and NSSB exams was inaugurated on February 19. The institute is under the initiative of District Planning and Development Board (DPDB), Mokokchung and sponsored through the common pool under LADP. It was officially inaugurated at Tzusapang, Mokokchung by Minister, RD and SIRD, Metsübo Jamir as the Special Guest. The Special Guest unveiled the Institute Plague and expressed his happiness over this initiative undertaken by DPDB and stressed that all stakeholders should shoulder equal responsibilities to achieve the vision. He expressed hope that unlike other coaching institutions, this institute will be objective oriented and will prove to be a boon to all NPSC and NSSB aspirants. He also advised the aspiring students to develop a good attitude, know their value of life and understand that failures are the stepping stones to success. A six member management committee as nominated by DPDB will manage the free Coaching centre with Additional Deputy Commissioner Chumlamo Humtsoe as the Convenor. Advisor Water Resources, Tongpang Ozükum, and Chairman DPDB said it was a unanimous decision of all the legislators of Mokokchung District to start this coaching centre.. The programme was chaired by Assistant Professor, FAC and member Shisalen Riju Management Committee P.Tiatemsu while ADC and Convenor, Shisalen Riju Management Committee, Chumlamo Humtsoe delivered the welcome address. This coaching centre is for all the Nagas students residing in Mokokchung District and not just the Ao tribes
