To configure and optimize fan speed in BIOS, I consulted ChatGPT. Here are my final settings after lots of revisions.

CPU Smartfan:
Fan PWM Slope: 25
Fan Start PWM: 75
Fan Off Temperature Limit: 0
Fan Start Temperature Limit: 50
Fan Full Speed Temperature Limit: 60
Extra Temperature Setting: 70
Extra Slope Setting: 80

SYS Smartfan1:
Fan PWM Slope: 25
Fan Start PWM: 75
Fan Off Temperature Limit: 0
Fan Start Temperature Limit: 35
Fan Full Speed Temperature Limit: 45
Extra Temperature Setting: 70
Extra Slope Setting: 80

CPU temp stays below 50C at 20-30% load.
HDD temps are between 38-47C during standby and normal use.
