Starbase Armor and damage analysis

Here is a detailed analysis on how the weapons, the armor and the damage work in starbase. The goal is to understand what makes good armor and bad armor and to give you an idea of what is meta armor

There are still quite a few things that I have yet to find out such as the way the damage is calculated more precisely but this gives a very good introduction to players on how to design the armor of their ships as there is quite a lot going on
