Traegered up some Chicken Gyros and already have more marinating today as these were such a hit and delicious. Used the delicious chicken breasts from @goodranchers Cooked the chicken hot and fast at 400° using the @meatermade 2 Plus probe to make sure i hit the 165° safe eating temp with the chicken. Full recipe for the chicken marinade and tzatziki down below.

Chicken Gyro Marinade
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
Pinch of kosher salt @redmondrealsalt
Pinch black pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Put in mixing bowl and mix all together

Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours or for more flavor, over night. When ready to grill, shake off any excess marinade off the chicken leaving an even coat on them.

Tzatziki Recipe
1/3 English cucumber grated
1 pinch kosher salt @redmondrealsalt
3 to 4 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white vinegar
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Mix all together and it’s delicious.

The other ingredients needed is flat bread to build the gyro and some fresh dill to top it off
