Please note that the chord progressions in the tutorial and in this video differ slightly. When I went through the song again for the purpose of this video, I noticed a couple of mistakes I had made in the guitar lesson video. This version right here should be pretty much spot on though. The tempo is a bit slower than the original and my timing is a bit off here and there, but I hope it's sufficient for demonstration purposes.
