Crowne Plaza Okhla is probably the second best hotel I stayed at during my visit to Delhi in August 2021. In terms of the price and offerings combo, I'd rate Crowne Plaza Okhla as the best.

The room was very spacious and the view was fabulous, as you can see in the video). The bathtub was quite good (though I didn't get the time to use it).

What I liked is that they had provided small portable sanitizer bottles in the room so that you could carry it with you if you had to go out. I don't know how old is the hotel but the upkeep was definitely very good. The price wasn't very high and the food was pretty good. I liked the interiors, the color scheme of the room and it gave a nice vibe as opposed to the plain white or cream interiors that I have seen at most Marriott properties.

The thing that I didn't like is the crowd. I stayed at Crowne Plaza Okhla on a weekend and the hotel seemed to be sold out. It was quite crowded during check-in, dinner, and breakfast. The best time to have dinner and breakfast is just when it starts, if you want to avoid crowd.

The room was clean and hygienic. I was given a room on the 9th floor and the view was just fabulous, which got even better because it was a rainy day. The hotel is located a bit far from the metro line so not exactly convenient to reach if you are traveling by metro.

Overall, I think Crowne Plaza Okhla would be my first choice to stay at whenever I am visiting Delhi again.

Pro tip: If you are an Intermiles member, you would usually find the best hotel deals on Intermiles, except for Marriott properties. Marriott properties are the cheapest if booked through the Marriott Bonvoy app as a registered member. I used to advocate Makemytrip and Goibibo for hotels earlier but I've recently realized that Intermiles offers better deals. Hope this doesn't change and we can continue earning Intermiles while booking hotels at the cheapest rates.
