Bour-Berry:
2oz Bourbon
1 Tablespoon Blackberry Puree
1oz Peppercorn Simple Syrup
1/2 Lemon
Thai Basil
Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a fresh glass and garnish with Thai basil.

Apple Martini:
3oz Apple Cider
2oz Apple Vodka
Candied Apple
Combine ingredients and strain into a coup glass. Garnish with candied apple

Apple Butter Old Fashioned:
2oz Bourbon
1/4 Cup Apple Cider
1/2 Lemon
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
1 tablespoon of Apple Butter
Combine ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a tumbler over ice.

Mezcal Margarita:
2oz Mezcal
3oz Apple Cider
1oz Orange Liqueur
1 Lime Wedge
Apple Slice & Cinnamon Stick
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish.
