Kitsap County deputy finds mother who abducted her child

New body camera footage from the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office captured an off-duty deputy as he found the mom who abducted her four-year-old child on Sunday.

Deputy Josh Buonvino said he recognized Shannon Isbell from the Amber Alert and knew the area she had been frequenting.

In the video, you see Buonvino approach the car Isbell was driving and try to get her out of the vehicle.

At one point, she turned on the car and tried to escape, but the deputy could reach into the vehicle and turn it off.
