Here I brew a recipe from Graham Wheeler's book "Brew Your Own British Real Ale". I chose the recipe for Exe Valley - Dob's Best Bitter, but sadly I just found out after making the video that Exe Valley Brewery had closed in 2020. Recipe I used is as follows:

IBU : 36 (Tinseth)
BU/GU : 0.87
Colour : 24 EBC
Batch Size : 12 L
Boil Time : 60 min
