Aloo Gobhi ek lokpriya Bharatiya vyanjan hai jo aloo (potatoes) aur gobhi (cauliflower) ke mishran se banaya jata hai. Yeh vyanjan aksar roti, paratha, ya chawal ke saath parosa jata hai.

Aloo Gobhi ki visheshta yeh hai ki ismein aloo aur gobhi ko masalon ke saath milakar ek swadisht aur nutritious vyanjan banaya jata hai. Is vyanjan mein vitamin C, potassium, aur fiber ki matra bahut adhik hoti hai.

Aloo Gobhi ki recipe mein nimnalikhit saamagri ki aavashyakata hoti hai:

Saamagri:

2-3 aloo, chopped
1 gobhi, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves lahsun, chopped
1 teaspoon jeera
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon namak
2 tablespoon tel

Nirdesh:

1. Aloo aur gobhi ko wash karein aur chop karein.
2. Onion, lahsun, aur jeera ko tel mein fry karein.
3. Dhaniya powder, garam masala, aur namak ko milayein.
4. Aloo aur gobhi ko masalon ke mishran mein milayein.
5. Aloo Gobhi ko dhimi aanch par pakayein.
