This isn't the only way to make a grilled cheese sandwich, but it's a damn good one. Pretty self explanatory here. That's some, uh... "well-aged" pastrami I found in that bag. I'm pretty sure the mold on it was the good kind of mold. It sure tasted good. I can't tell if I feel good yet. Oh well.

Sliced deli white American, Kewpie mayo, Shokupan from Andersen bakery, Sierra Nevada Cheese Company SALTED cultured butter, Sierra Nevada brewery pale ale, homemade ever-so-slightly-moldy-but-probably-the-good-moldy tritip pastrami, and some Secret Aardvark hot sauce.

Shh. The baby is sleeping.
