材料: Ingredients:
两个半 鸡腿 - 2 ½ chicken drumsticks
1粒 马铃薯 - 1 potato
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
8 粒 蒜米 - 8 pcs garlic
黑酱油 - black soy sauce
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
1 茶匙蚝油 - 1tsp oyster sauce
一汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
胡椒粉 - white pepper
一碗油 - 1 bowl of oil
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
