As a professional speaker, he helps leaders and teams leverage optimism to make change work. He’s past president of both the National Speakers Association and the Global Speakers Federation and is a member of NSA's Speaker Hall of Fame. Dr. Paulson continues to conduct practical and engaging programs for organizations such as IBM, 3M, HBO, KPMG, Merck, SONY, and Starbucks.
