Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe without Butter 🍫🥜🍰 Not Too Sweet 👨‍🍳😉

Описание к видео Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe without Butter 🍫🥜🍰 Not Too Sweet 👨‍🍳😉

This peanut butter cream cheese frosting recipe without butter is the easy and delicious! If you are looking for an icing that has a lot of peanut flavor, this is the one. Although it's perfect for chocolate cake, it would be good on brownies, cookies, and other types of cakes, too...or even on it's own, haha!😉

This frosting recipe starts with no stir natural peanut butter made with roasted peanuts, the roasted nuts making the peanut butter super flavorful. Following the same concept as my original no butter cream cheese frosting recipe, I then add softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Although the recipe calls for a good amount of powdered sugar, the tanginess of the cream cheese helps to tone down the sweetness. Surprisingly, the tanginess pairs exceptionally well with the roasted peanut flavor, too. In order to make the frosting smooth without butter or heavy cream, I add 3 Tablespoons of canned table cream, or "media crema" in Spanish. After a good mix, I put the frosting on the cake, chill in the refrigerator, then enjoy.

This peanut butter cream cheese frosting recipe is absolutely delicious because of the combination of flavors and textures. It is perfect on chocolate cake, as well as any other type of cake. I think it would be great on brownies and cookies, too! If you want to know how to make this super easy recipe, watch this YouTube video!🍫🥜🍰👨‍🍳

Ingredients:
1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1 cup no stir creamy natural peanut butter (240g)
1 pound powdered sugar (454g)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons table cream / "media crema" / middle cream
**The table cream can be replaced with heavy whipping cream.

Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, vanilla, and salt
2. Slowly add in powdered sugar. I recommend adding 1/4 cup at a time. Blend after each addition.
3. Once all powdered sugar is incorporated, add the table cream (or heavy whipping cream) 1 tablespoon at a time. Blend after each addition.
4. Spread frosting on a cake.
5. Cover frosted cake and chill in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, if not overnight.

Notes:
1. DO NOT add water to the frosting. If you do, it will turn out lumpy.
2. This peanut butter cream cheese frosting requires a lot of mixing, a lot more than a standard cream cheese frosting. All ingredients must be thoroughly combined to make the frosting smooth, so keep mixing!
