Trouble Focusing? You May Need a Dopamine Detox

Here's what I learnt and some new rules that are helping me regain control of my time and my mind. These little things have destroyed any phone addiction, reset my mind and given me whole new levels of discipline and focus...plus I'm now reading more!

I’m an ENFP with ADHD and have always found it difficult to focus or be really disciplined. It turns out a huge part of that had nothing to do with my ENFP Personality or ADHD and what I really needed was to normalize my dopamine levels and do a digital detox.
