This is an optimized level 150 PvP meta Arcane Poison & Rot build using a variety of new poison/rot application tools including the Poleblade of the Bud, The poisoned flower blooms twice, hefty rot pots, the deadly poison perfume bottle, the spread crossbow with poison & rot bolts, and the bone bow with poison/rot arrows along with multiple poison/rot buff stacks from the mushroom crown, poisoned hand, and kindred of rot's exultation. I go Arcane mostly to maximize the potential of the Poleblade of the Bud so I infuse my other weapons with occult to benefit from this.
