Ibiza in 5 weeks so it's time to turn up the heat with the diet! Here's some meal examples for any of you that are looking to get shredded this summer

The accumulation of years of bodybuilding means I can quite easily flip the switch and go back into monk mode for getting lean. Routine is very simple: large chunk of output (cardio and steps) done fasted in the AM, followed by my pre-workout meal, client check-ins then off to the gym to lift

Post workout is either some potato or rice or if I want to really push things, I'll just go PRO/FAT, then some carbohydrates for dinner in the evening
