Showing two unique construction methods used in the Philippines. While the water level was very common in construction years ago it has given way to levels and lasers. But it is a very accurate method to determine a level line.
Secondly, I show how they score fresh concrete to ensure the top coat will stick to the concrete. They score it using a home-made tool of PVC pipe and a nail.
