Where Have Franny & Soze Been? Koil is BACK! | GTA RP NoPixel 4.0

Having not watched Nopixel 3.0, Koil has only been a story for me. It seems though that he is not just a legend, but he is back! His character Franny Makes me laugh so hard. I also wonder if Soze will end up the Police Commissioner since the role has been hard to fill.
