វិធីសាស្រ្តមួយក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់យើងអោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ | Daily Plan

In this second video of mine, I have brought the concept of Eisenhower Decision Matrix into the daily planning to maximize the productivity and focus. I highlight three important things here. The first one is the best time of planning your day, second one is the history of Eisenhower tool and another one is how we can utilize the tool into to-do list. Within the same video, I mainly use Khmer to deliver the whole content, yet I put emphasis on the important English Keyword, which I want to encourage our Cambodian employees whose english capability is limited can understand the concept and be able to take those important keyword into their account for the sake of their career development.

ក្នុងវីដេអូទី២របស់ខ្ញុំនេះ ខ្ញុំបានលើកយកយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តមួយដែលមានឈ្មោះថា Eisenhower Decision Matrix​ យកមកប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យមានផលិតភាពការងារបានល្អ។ ខ្ញុំបានគូសបញ្ចាក់នៅចំនុចសំខាន់ ៣ យ៉ាងក្នុងវិដេអូនេះ។ ចំនុចទីមួយគឺខ្ញុំនិយាយពីពេលវេលាដែលល្អបំផុតក្នុងការធ្វើផែនការការងារ ចំនុចទីពីរគឺនិយាយពីប្រវត្តរបស់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត Eisenhowerផ្ទាល់ ហើយចំនុចចុងក្រោយគឺនិយាយពីរបៀបនៃការប្រើប្រាស់វិធីសាស្រ្តនេះ។ ក្នុងវីដេអូនេះផងដែរ ខ្ញុំប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាខ្មែរជាគោល លើកលែងតែពាក្យបច្ចេកទេសមួយចំនួនដែលខ្ញុំបង្ហាញជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស ដែលការធ្វើបែបនេះគឺខ្ញុំចង់ជួយជំរុញដល់និយោជិកនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាយើងដែលសមត្ថភាពភាសាអង់គ្លេសរបស់ពួកគាត់នៅមានកំរិត អាចយល់ពីយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តមួយនេះ ហើយក៏អាចចាប់យកពាក្យសំខាន់ៗជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស យកទៅប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៏អាជីពរបស់ពួកគាត់។
