This is my most requested video so I did it for those who wished to see it, as well as a way for me to reflect on my illness. In some ways, making this video was therapeutic. It helped me recognize how far I've made it even though most days it doesn't seem like I've gotten anywhere at all. There IS hope for recovery, but the length of recovery for every individual is different.

If you are recovering or suffering from an eating disorder, please DO NOT GIVE UP. Recovery is completely worth it. You are gaining your life back.
