in this video you will see tig welding a titanium 1G butt joint .046" thick 6AL4V welded with CP filler metal.

For the first weld, I used a new cup called the JAZZY 10. its a new cup from Michael Furick and after lots of testing, I have added it to my online store at weldmonger.com

The 2nd weld was done using a BBW cup and 110 pulses per second using Miller Electric pro settings of 40% pulse time and 25% background current.
This is a typical test that you might take to get an aerospace welding job and I hope this information helps someone pass a welding test.
