Unsure how to adjust the clutch on your CT 110 Trail Postie bike? In this video you'll see how to quickly & easily carry out this basic maintenance task.
With the engine turned off, slacken the 14mm lock nut & prevent the bolt from turning with a flat bladed screwdriver. Next, turn the screw one full turn clockwise, then turn back anti-clockwise until slight resistance is felt. Now turn clockwise 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn & tighten the lock nut, once again using the screwdriver to ensure the screw doesn't turn. It sounds complicated when written down.
