Whenever you open Microsoft Word, you'd see the "Recent" section where the most recently opened word documents are shown. You could remove any of the documents from the list but then word would replace it with the next most recent document. When you click on "File" & select "Open", then you could also see the most recent "Folders". If you want to hide the recent documents & folders in Word, then watch this quick video!
