INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened unsulphured coconut shreds
1/2 cup ground flax
5 medjool dates (use coconut butter to make candida friendly and add stevia)
1/4 cup coconut oil
pinch of salt
2 scoops vanilla bone broth collagen (or protein powder of choice)
2 heaping tbs red cocoa powder (optional)
