#HowTo Use A #HammerTacker When Installing Insulation Between Studs

This tutorial will go over one of my favorite tools, the Hammer Tacker.

I am using Model HT50P made by Arrow, along with the Arrow T50 refills.

This hammer tacker is great for making quick work of installing insulation between studs. Remember to crease your flaps to the inside edge of the stud, and staple. This will save time, and make the sheet rock installation process much easier when it comes time.

If your wrist gets sore from using the tack hammer for a bit, you can switch over to my favorite stapler. The POWERSHOT 5700F5 Heavy Duty Manual Staple Gun.

This thing is pretty tough, so be careful to only point at something you are ready to put a staple in. Preferably not your hand :)

Sometimes it does not drive the staples all the way into a stud, but when doing insulation, nobody is gonna come behind you saying, "Hey, those there staples weren't not all the ways enuhn."

Also, when you are coming in behind another installer, and see the insulation tacked to the face of the stud, the hammer tacker is gonna save you time when you have to fix all those bats.

Last, but not least, the Arrow Staple Puller or Lifter.

This right here is gonna be a life saver for sure. The lifter makes it simple/effortless to get those staples out of the face of those studs.
