Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), you will embark on a journey that integrates relaxation, breathwork, visualization, and intention-setting to connect with your inner wisdom.

In this session, you’ll experience the following stages of Yoga Nidra – each of this stages perform 1 or more functions, including: focus, rejuvenation, mental resilience, emotional resilience and mind-body connection:
** Introduction – Begin with a moment of relaxation and preparation for deep rest.
** Sankalpa (Resolve) – Set your powerful intention: "I Receive the Wisdom I Seek" (or create your own resolve that resonates with you).
** Rotation of Consciousness – Move awareness throughout the body.
** Breathing Techniques – Focus on the breath, guiding it up and down the spine.
** Opposites – Experience the sensations of heaviness and lightness
** Visualization – Explore the space behind the forehead, known as the Chidakasha, for deep insight and clarity.
** Revisit of the Sankalpa – Reinforce your intention, inviting wisdom to emerge within.
** Closing – Gently bring your awareness back, carrying the insights gained with you.
Whether you are new to Yoga Nidra or have experience, this meditation is designed to help you align with your inner knowing, offering clarity and guidance in a peaceful, reflective state. The focus during the visualization may be a challenge for beginners, but it’s a rewarding practice that can bring profound insights.
