●450g bread flour
●50g einkorn flour
●10g salt
● 100g active starter or levain.
● a lot of patience
To make your levain,you need 20g starter,40g water,40g bread flour.
Sourdough starter is water and flour that has been fermented for some days (7 to 14 days )
