The ODT-TVM-ULP-001C-T40LP is an ultra-low power temperature and voltage monitor designed in a 40nm standard CMOS process. The IP Core operates over the entire temperature range of -40C to 150C. The temperature monitor achieves ±4C temperature accuracy without trim and better than ±1C temperature accuracy after a single temperature trim at 60C.
