What I Eat In A Day On WW/Weight Watchers to Maintain Weight Loss/ CRAB SALAD | WW POINTS & CALORIES INCLUDED!! I show what a typical full day of eating looks like for me on the new WW program (Weight Watchers) and Intermittent fasting to maintain my weight loss, in maintenance mode. I give WW points and calories for everything. Additional Nutritional information/Macros for any recipes I show is in the description box! Hopefully this will give you some ideas!

Crab Salad:
1⁄4 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Black pepper 1⁄4 tsp, to taste
1⁄4 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Uncooked scallion(s)
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
64 gm Kroger Ripe sliced olives
16 oz Kroger Crab Select Flake Style Imitation Crab Meat
In a large bowl, add your yogurt, mayo, Old bay, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Add in your onions, green onions and parsley, and stir again. Celery is good in this too! I put in about 1/3 cup when I add it. Roughly chop your crab and add that in along with the olives and cheese and stir again until well combined.
