Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R / Throttle & Cable Adjustment / No Tools, Start to Finish

How to adjust the play out of your throttle and get it to that perfect factory spec on your ZX6R. This is a very easy process that you can do without a single tool. We adjust both cables from dead slop, being totally loose, and tighten them up to our liking. Kawasaki recommends in the owners manual to have 2-3mm of play (0.10 inches) when you are finished. Dealerships usually don't have it within that specification, so do it yourself right now!
