This delicious dim sum recipe makes ~16 pork dumplings! 以下材料可制作16個大鹹水角

INGREDIENTS 材料

Filling 餡料:
150g pork, diced / 猪肉150克
30g dried prawn, blanched / 蝦米30克
50g carrot, diced / 红萝卜50克 (一细条)
2 shiitake mushrooms, diced & blanched / 香菇50克 (两大個)
2 spring onions / 两根青葱

1 tsp shaoxing wine / 1茶匙紹興酒
1 tsp sesame oil / 1茶匙麻油
1/4 tsp pepper / 1/4胡椒粉
1/2 tsp salt / 半茶匙鹽
1 tsp sugar / 1茶匙白糖
1/2 tsp five spice powder / 半茶匙五香粉
1 tbsp oyster sauce / 1湯匙蠔油
1 tsp dark soy sauce / 1茶匙老抽
2 tsps cornstarch in water / 兩茶匙生粉加清水攪勻

Dough 粉團:
75g wheat flour / 澄面粉75克
100ml boiling water / 100毫升熱開水
250g glutinous rice flour / 250克糯米粉
75g sugar / 糖75克
150ml cold water / 150毫升升水
50ml oil / 50毫升油 (大概5湯匙)
