Its Boneless Hilsa Paturi or Illish called by Bengalis. Hilsa is a popularly fish found in Indian subcontinent. It is a national fish of Bangladesh and State fish of West Bengal, India. Therfore, you can understand the love for Illish among bengalis. I have prepared the Hilsa in musturd paste wrapped in banana leaves. In this video you can also observe a step by step technique of removing bones from the fish, which makes it even more desirable and yummy.
