HOW TO USE COLORED PENCILS | OIL VS. WAX - How Are They Different? | Adult Coloring for Beginners

In this video, I will show you all the differences between wax-based and oil-based colored pencils. I will do a demonstration and show you how to blend both types of pencils. Then, I will use the Polychromos in one of my favorite coloring books, Romantic Country, and I'll demonstrate how to layer the colors when using oil-based colored pencils.
