The best is I'm showing you what you need to make just 1 jar so you can easily double, triple it, or however many you need if you want to make a bunch for gift giving!

GINGERBREAD COFFEE MIX
1/2 cup good quality instant coffee (I like Starbucks)
1 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat powdered milk (Carnations)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground cloves, ground allspice and ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Add mixture to jars for gifting.

To make, add tablespoons coffee mix with 1 cup hot water. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.


PEPPERMINT SUGAR COOKIE SCRUB
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
10-12 drops of peppermint essential oil
1-2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then add add to jar for gifting.

RUSTIC BREAD DIP
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Mix all the spices together in a small pint size jar.
To make, add 1 tablespoon of spice mixture with olive oil.
Serve with bread.

CINNAMON OATMEAL COOKIES
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2-2/3 cup Hershey's cinnamon chips

In a quart size mason jar mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Tamp down.
Add light brown sugar then tamp down.
Add sugar then tamp down.
Add oats then tamp down.
Top with cinnamon chips.

To make you will need 1/2 cup (1 stick butter) softened, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat in a large bowl. Add cookie mix and mix until combined. Drop tablespoons size dough on cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
